Slack is just like Whatsapp. We will have a channel that will be you, me and the other members of THE KICK. For 90 days you will declare your goals, targets, KPIs and I will check in on these at least once a week. Asking you where you are, seeking out questions from you to help you get further forwards, offering you pointers and feedback, giving you THE KICK you need. Over 90 days, I will personally become an extension of your team. I will become the voice in your ear cheering you on and KICKing you to take the actions you said you would take so you can get where you want to go.
IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS
FORTNIGHTLY GROUP ZOOM
ZOOM is how we will meet. We will set up a series of 6 zoom meetings over the next 3 months. On these calls I will be delivering a program of training that will help you to get in control of everything you have going on, improve your skills and understanding of the steps you need to take, and I will review your work and give feedback, advice and guidance on how you can streamline, simplify and progress. These calls will be with your group and there will be time for conversation, questions and a deep dive into the core topics, which will include things like sales and negotiations, creative deal structuring, raising private finance, deal analysis, marketing, visibility, processes and systems and more.

We can all come out of the gates swinging, but motivation can soon drift when you don't get where you thought you would as quickly as you had hoped. THE KICK will get you back on the rails by discussing your goals and personal targets, setting a plan to achieve them by breaking things down and then I will check in on everything you said you would do to make sure it is happening. If it isn't happening I will understand why and give you a KICK in the right direction so you do not drift.

With almost 8 years structuring deals ranging from £30k purchases right up to £4,000,000 GDV developments, I will bring to the table everything I have. Any question you ask will get a quick answer.
