The company has successfully guided 500 students through its flagship implementation programme (The Strategy Hub), enabling them to establish thriving property investment businesses.

Change in Strategy
The COVID-19 pandemic prompted a shift in business strategy. In April 2020, Sarah transitioned Cogito Wealth to a full online model, adapting to the new normal. In May 2020 The Strategy Hub was launched, marking an important milestone.

Business Growth
During these years, Sarah focused on business growth and made a significant impact by training 5000 individuals each year. However, by the end of 2019, the Mastermind concluded.

Cogito Wealth
Cogito Wealth started life as an events company, training and inspiring budding property investors. On September 1st 2017, the first ever Cogito Wealth event took place in Milton Keynes. Additionally, in November 2017, the company launched its first in-person Mastermind group.

Sarah started gaining recognition as an industry expert, receiving invitations to speak at events.

Founding Year
Sarah Poynton-Ryan launched her property business known as Rent Guaranteed. She excelled in the Rent-to-Rent and Deal Packing space and was soon on her way to building up her credibility in the industry.
